Terminal 3, counter allocation for airlines is displayed outside the entry gate and after the entry gate inside. Check-in time is 3 hours before flight departure and counter closes one hour before departure time.
Special service request should be made at the time of booking the ticket so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Wheelchair can be availed from the check in counter or passengers can use the phone located at the parking. The Ground Handlers names for airlines are mentioned on the phone board.

Travelers are advised to carry passports at all times with minimum 6 months validity. Indian Nationals travelling from Kathmandu to Delhi and vice versa can also travel with their original voters ID. For Bhutanese citizenship ID card is also accepted. One must carry original birth certificate for child and infants.
Passengers with connecting flights or onward journey must have minimum 3 hours transit time. Information on transit flight must be passed onto the staff at the embarking station so that the information is passed onto us.
